Gold Coast Property Photography is the real estate specific website for Jamie Auld Photography. Jamie Auld Photography specifically aims to exhibit images and content for developers and designers.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Basic data from images uploaded by the creator/s of Gold Coast Property Photography (eg; location of property, suburb, address, agency/agent name, etc) may be used at times for search engine optimisation.

Contact forms

Contact forms and Booking forms are used to provide you with the information or booking you have requested only. Basic information may be required regarding the type of inquiry, the size/style of the booking, if you require information on or would like to book third-party services.

While quotes may be provided online, we will never ask for your financial or banking information via contact form and invoicing is only commenced once the session or booking process has been completed.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you inquire about, or book a photography session with additional or would like more information on third party services (Floor Plan or 3D Virtual Tour), your information will need to be shared with these third-party providers. Information includes, but is not exclusive to; Full Name, Contact Details (phone and email) and Address. This information is required by these providers to give you the service or information you have requested in the booking process (Pure Design Concepts (Floor Plans), EZ Reality (3D Virtual Tours)).

How long we retain your data

If you submit an inquiry or booking, the information may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments/inquiries automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that wish to register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Personalised galleries may be sent through at the client’s request for this purpose only. Vimeo

Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
